Thursday's Training

I kinda maybe sorta botched today's workout. Should've been 90 minutes. I did less than 90 minutes. Should've been 4 x 10min. MAX intervals. I did 4 x 8min. ones. My heart wasn't in any of them either.

NUMBERS:
too sad to report

At least I have 100 miles under my belt this week.

My Thursday

I absolutely do not feel like riding today. I just want to stretch out all day and veg out. Maybe it's because I have a 16 hour training week? I dunno. Maybe I am intimidated by this VQ Century ride this Saturday? I am terrified that if Robbie is there, I will be so nervous and have performance anxiety and just implode.

Ugh!

Tonight I am driving down to Racine, WI. to stay with my grandma till Monday. I need to plan on when I will go back. Maybe in 2 weeks?

I can't wait to see how today plays out...

Today's Training

It was projected to rain and thunder today, so I waited for a break in the rain. Meanwhile my coach called and we yapped for almost an hour. Lots to remember and to do, etc. He is great to help with my 2nd, 3rd and 4th guessing myself, etc. We talked about my bonk session from yesterday and my sugar rage afterwards. Very helpful.

I left to ride after we spoke and it was cloudy and the air was damp, but no rain. After 1 hour, at the turnaround on my out and back route, it rained. First drizzle and then full on rain. There's an unpaved section of road on my route (a shortcut through the actual training route map). It was exciting to try the dirt and gravel and bumps in the rain! Very 'cross like!

When I got back my feet were soaked. I need to get another pair of Craft neoprene booties. Those were the BEST.

NUMBERS:
29.2 miles
2:03

So, I have 91 miles this week already, and with the century ride with the VQers this Saturday, I am going to have a 200+ miles week. Yay!

I am going to be smart and prepare for this century. I am going to eat pasta even though I am really turned off by it lately. I'm going to sleep mroe than normal and drink water like there's no tomorrow.

I am hoping that I don't have to ride Sunday. Not to wuss out, but, I really want to lay around and not ride.

Mornin'

I curled up for a "nap" at 8:30pm last night thinking I'd wake up ~9pm and then eat a bit more and get ready for bed. Yeah right. I woke up ~2am STARVING! I don't remember what I ate. A piece of bread with honey and PB maybe? I drank a lot of water and then went online like a nerd for a while. I think I went back to sleep ~3am.

I woke up at 10:30am this morning. Yes! 12 hours of sleep! That's a LOT of growth hormone. I hope my body is healed from yesterday. I can't believe I bonked.

Today I have 2 hours planned. It was raining when I awoke, I don't hear the rain anymore but that could be because I closed my window. It says it will thunder and rain until evening.

My coach says that riding is supposed to be "fun" and that I should not subject myself to riding in crappy conditions just because my plan says that I have to ride that day. I CAN'T get my mind around those words. I HAVE to ride, I HAVE to train, every other Cat 4 woman out there is riding AND training, and probably losing weight faster than me right now, and is gearing up to kick my butt. How can I not do my workouts?

GOOD NEWS:
My Brad Pitt abs are back!!!!!!

Now if my *ss and thighs could just hop on the f-ing ball. I lunge and lunge til lthe cows come home. I do box/chair squats on ONE leg constantly! I'm doing all the moves that Robbie and Jason have laid out for me and nada! I wish I was a man. Then I'd just have to worry about a fat middle and manboobs. (HA HA HAAA! Manboobs!!! I haven't said that word in a while.) I am not going to reproduce so why don't my hips and thighs and butt just vanish! If I wasn't trying to be a great cyclist I would not care. But, I am. I can't take the extra weight.

Also, climbing out here is fun fun fun. I can actually go harder than I have ever gone. My watts on climbs is high for me and I can just keep going. I am actually seeking out climbs and smiling when I find them. SICK! I am sure this is high-altitude me having success at low altitude. Eventually this advantage will faaaaade I'm sure.

Today's Training

Today was interesting. Here's a little of what I wrote to my coach:

"...I think that I "bonked" really really hard after ~550kCal...not sure how far in I was, I only looked at that because I tried to figure out how much I had eaten and then how much I had burned. I ate ~950 kCal before I trained. So, I figured I should have a 400kCal excess...so I don't know WHY I bonked. Unless, my Basal Metabolism sucked up those 400 kCal and I was running on empty....

Anyway, all I know is I got fuzzy headed, couldn't pedal, got really grouchy, then I was starving to death, I swear. I rode past a BBQ and wanted to rob everyone (of their food)!!!"

NUMBERS:
25 miles
1:50

Check my Training Peaks profile if you'd like to see more detailed training data.

When I got back from training, I could barely walk without being light-headed. I immediately ran into the kitchen and whipped out so much food. I grabbed a box of strawberries, a soy yogurt, a bag of sugar, Ezekiel bread, a banana, a pear, honey, PB and vanilla Silk soy milk.

I thought about needed sugar to feed my brain and protein to destroy my gnawing hunger. I added some sugar to half a glass of Silk and slammed it down. I then sucked down the yogurt, I don't even remember using a spoon. I ate the banana and then the pear. I paused and breathed and was so thankful that I had stuff to help me recover.

Then I downloaded data & showered and planned on taking a nap. I sent the workout to my coach and am now eating 2 slices of Ezekiel bread with a bit of PB and honey and a plate of strawberries. I am also rehydrating.

I hope I recover well!!! I am going to lie here and force myself to chill. No walking unless I have to get up and pee.

What on my plate for today?

The best thing so far about being at home?

Sleeping on a $1100 mattress...wow. I have never EVER been so damn comfy. I look forward to going to bed every night, and waking up so I can lie here and bask in the comfort.

Today I got up at ~10:45AM and had 9+ hours of sleep. I cannot begin to explain how great I feel physically. There is definitely something about ONLY training and resting in terms of how I can feel my muscles getting stronger faster, or recovering faster. I dunno how to explain this. I can already see and feel the difference in my legs and arms.

Plus, this core and leg routine Robbie and Jason made for me is really doing wonders. I added pushups on my own because my upper body and chest need it.

TODAY'S WORKOUT:
Today my instructions are:

"4x10 on road bike, start the first one a little easy and increase your average power for each interval, 5 minutes recovery between"

I HAVE found a place where I believe I can get a full 10 minutes in at threshold without interruption by stop signs, lights and the like.

I feel ready for this workout. I can feel a bit of "fatigue" or acid in my legs, but I think that after a low power and long warm up & some stretching, I will be fine. I have noticed that (maybe because I am old) that I feel stronger after I've warmed up for a while. So, today my time is 1:30, but I may end of doing more like 2:00. We'll see.

Today's Training

It was supposed to be in the 60s and sunny, but it was 45-50 and cloudy and windy and cold! Oh well. I rode today, should've been for 3 hrs. (Sunday's original workout) but I was too chilly. Yesterday I did today's workout, strength training and stuff for an hour.

Nothing exciting about my ride except that I found a town called Hugo and there was a Victor Hugo street. Kinda neat I guess.

I didn't, however, see any hunchbacks like I thought I would.

Yum!

OMG...this movin' back home at 30 years old because you lost your job thing ROCKS!
It ain't so bad.

WHY?

Because I just woke up 10 minutes ago, went into the kitchen and the coffee had JUST finished brewing AND my mom was making PANCAKES! Holy Ballz! I couldn't believe it. I figured that it was a special occasion maybe because I was here, but no, she said that she does this EVERY WEEKEND!

I don't think I've ever woke up happier! So spoiled! Love it!

I said that she'd better stop of I'd never leave home. Seriously. She laughed.

Today's Training

Today I tried out part of the Gopher Wheelmen's training route. It was nice to see how much shoulder there is to ride on here! The route was amazing and I felt strong as heck...of course, since I am now at lower elevation (maybe 1000+?) and I have so many RBCs you'd think I was on EPO. Anyway, there are 2 things that I forgot about that would plague me here in MN...

1) HUMIDITY!

2) BUGS!!!!!!

Yes, it's not as humid as the ATL, but, omg. It was 71 today, but I swear it felt like my shirt was compressing my chest and I was so hot! It was a weird humid hot, not a dry heat hot like in SLC.

I had a blast though.

Then, I ran errands with my mom! Yay! Who've thought that I'd miss that?

NUMBERS:
25.2 miles

Yes, I miss SLC already... :(

Oh yeah, I popped a Vicodin ~ 30 minutes ago and...yup, I'm feelin' it now. I'd better enjoy it b/c the smooth daze will last ~20 minutes because my body metabolizes the shit out of opiates. I took it to get my butt back into my proper sleep cycle.

First training ride

I getting ready to go on my first training ride here in St. Paul. I have a map of a route, but I am still a bit "ify" about it. I have never been in MN as a cyclist. I got into cycling in grad school when I lived in Atlanta, Georgia.

I woke up at 11am! I was up at 6am, then somehow passed back out. I swear I had my alarm set for 8am. Oh well. At least the weather is nice!

It may rain at 3pm.

My Journey Home Part 3 - "Home"

Well, I'm here.

I'm online looking up bike routes for tomorrow. The Bianchi/Grand Performance Team has some great routes. I will try to see if I can join their Sat and Sun rides so I can experience the routes before I try to go at it alone. A map of St. Paul would probably help too. Then I can highlight the route for myself.

Smart!

My Journey Home Part 2 - "No Tornadoes this Time"

I woke up in Lincoln, Nebraska today.
Last night I had some good sleep, very deep which is not normal.

Today it's 6.5 hours (5.5 the way I drive) back home to the Twin Cities!

Giro del Trentino 2009 - Stage 1 Results

Italy, April 22-25, 2009
Stage 1 - April 22: Torbole - Arco (ITT), 16.3km

Andreas Klöden (Astana) won in a time of 18.21 and Janez Brajkovic (Astana) was 1 second back. Andreas, aka the hottest member of the Astana team, rode 16.3 km at 33 mph (53.29 km/hr for you Euros)! What a freakin' beast! Totally yum!

My Journey Home Part 1 - "Leap of Faith"

I'm in Rawlins, WY. Just in time. I usually check in ~2am when I travel. I prefer night driving because it's safer. No assholes. Just truckers that can drive these roads in their sleep.

I saw my Super 8 on top of a hill, but no road! I ended up driving next to a gas station and seeing nothing but blackness and an increasing grade. I kept going up until it seemed like there was a cliff in front of me. I froke out and called the hotel. He said a bunch of stuff I did not understand. I took a leap of faith, and lo and behold, the cliff was really a ghetto fucked up road with holes all over. Addie and I navigated just fine.

And here I am.

The night attendant reeks of pot.

Nice.

I'm hittin' the hay,

Tour of Battenkill - 2009

Tour of the Battenkill - NE
Cambridge, New York, USA, April 18-19, 2009
Race 2 - April 19: Cambridge - Cambridge, 200km

Scott Nydam is a badass, he'e a beautiful climber and super nice. Every time (except the 1st time) I meet him, he is injured or has just injured himself. :( So, I haven't got a picture with him yet. Unfortunately I will not be at the Tour of Utah this year to meet him again. I remember when I first met him in 2006 at the first Tour of Utah. We were in line for yummy food after the race that finished at the Miller Motorsports Park. I was on the course with the best view, flipping up cards showing how far they had to go till the end of the race. I turned to look at folks when I was in line, as I always do, and I saw this guy behind me with these huge gray eyes. I turned back and thought, "Wow, omg he's gorgeous. I have to talk to him."I had no idea he was a Pro. I talked to him about cycling and he told me that he was in the race. I asked him about base training and how much he did and how much he thought I needed to do. He said he did like 300-400 miles a week (if I remember correctly). I said that I did 120-150 at my peak. He said that that wasn't enough. I then started doing 180-220 miles weeks! He was so nice and softspoken.

So, this post is for him.

Great job on your Tour of Battenkill win!

YOU ARE SUCH A HOTTIE!!!

Today's Training

NUMBERS:

I'm doing 3 long rides in 3 days, fun!

Today I got a free banana at the gas station near the airport & 5600W because I helped the attendent speak with a guy who only spoke and understood Spanish. Yay!

Long ride, rode strong on the way out, so it felt like. I put tape over my Power Tap so I couldn't see any data. On the way back I mostly took it easy I think. We'll see how the data looks.

Now I want a nap.

http://www.bbbsu.org/donations/items.php

I just found a place to give away all of my stuff! I'm so stoked! I didn't want to donate to any place that would sell it. I want to help people and give them stuff that they need NOW.

I used to live in a women's shelter run by nuns with my mom and baby brother. I know how it is needing stuff, stuff that seems simple to some people like dishes and stuff. Now, I can PAY IT FORWARD.

Did I use that term correctly?

Today's Training

Today's ride was good, even if only 5 people showed up! It was a bit faster than I wanted, but it was a great workout. Threshold and above the whole time. After the ride I rode with Ali Goulet and he kicked my ass up every climb. I worked my butt off and held on. I popped off over Parley's crossing, but got back on. (Thanks for slowing down for a bit!) I then caught up to Chase, Tyler and Dustin near the Zoo. I got a great hug from Ali and said goodbye then I rode back to Canyon with the other guys. They kicked my butt too. It was great!

Unfortunately I got really sad about something. While I was following behind Kris up 3900S, almost to Wasatch. I was ~ 1/2 block from Wasatch and a saw a huge group of Ski Utahns go by. My heart totally sank. I know that no one has to be my friend or like me and all, but, I have known these folks for over 2 years. I have been on the team for 2 seasons and you would think that they could at least say goodbye to me. An email maybe? It really hurt. I know I don't go hard enough for them on a bike, but is it really so hard to meet at a point where we always meet for rides, then say bye, maybe roll out with me for 5 minutes, and then take off? I'm leaving for f-ing forever and this is what I get from my teammates? If one of them were leaving forever I'd be there unless I was working. I did get a few emails though and I thank those people a bunch!

At least one teammate who I have come to like and respect so much, he has always encouraged me on the bike and has NEVER shunned me for not being as fast and as strong as he is, or as everyone is...he sent me a nice goodbye email and was sorry he couldn't make it because he was running a half-marathon today. He wished me well and that was nice. He is so considerate. I think that's why everyone who hears his name says that he's a stand up guy and a beast on the bike.

So, because of today I have renewed motivation. I will take this season and do nothing but train. My coach is top notch, Robbie is the best resource and they believe in me. One or two weekends out of the month I will train with Jason and Robbie on their VQ rides and indoor stuff. They believe I can be great and I know it too. When I come back here to SLC, I'm going to be stronger and faster!

& THANK YOU KRIS! YOU ARE THE BEST!!!

SOBE life water has taken me hostage!!!

Ever since a certain Mr. Robbie Ventura gushed about how bad ass and how obsessed he was with Goji berry SOBE life water, how he drank like 5 a day for a while, I have since tried it.

Yeah, I went out an bought a bottle that PM 'cause I am easily influenced by insanely attractive men.

Just one.

The Goji kind.

I sort of bought a few (read: lots, I drank it instead of eating a few times) more on my way back to SLC.

Today, like I wanted to do the other day, I broke down and bought 10 for $10 SOBE lifewater at Albertsons.

How irresponsible is this? Gas in my tank...or life water...hmm, I failed that test.

Plus, I don't really like the other flavors! I want the Goji one damn it, and I CAN'T FIND IT ANYMORE! I am thinking of writing to the SOBE folks and asking for 10 Goji to be sent to me and I will send them a check for $10. We'll see how that goes.

TODAY'S TRAINING:
3 x 10min. MAX intervals on TT bike

1:15
18.8 miles

Hard and fun. I did these on the I-80 frontage road.
On the way out the headwind blew *ss. On the way back was better, of course.
Since I don't have a power setup yet on my TT bike (I left it at VQHP), I just pretended like I was racing a TT hard, but not ballz out.

NOW:
Okay, I'm going to bed early (well for me now early, I guess it's "people who have no job" early) so I can get ready for my ride tomorrow.

Weather right now...

It's 71 degrees in St. Paul, MN. right now and 50 degrees here.
Yeah!

Question of the Day - "How Can I Worship Rammstein Better?"

Being a full-time writer (read: unemployed with nothing better to do) is HARD.

I'm writing/editing/typing written text, etc. for 8 hrs. a day at least.

It's exhausting. I am getting so much done though, but then I keep realizing how much more there is to do, etc. etc. etc. A VICIOUS CIRCLE!

I'm rewriting Chapter 1 of Book 1 too.

Why?

Because it gels more with Book 2 and, two publishers I am sending it to only want Chapters 1, 2 & 3. One publisher wants only THE FIRST 2 PAGES + a synopsis.

WHOA!

WHAT ELSE IS GOING ON:For the past 2 days I have been trying to figure out a way to worship Rammstein better. I am trying to find a way to love them even more. I want the Rammstein cross cut into my skin, but I can't reach the small of my back. I've wanted it done since 2004, but like piercings and tattoos, I always force myself to think about it for a year. It is tricky to find a tattoo place to do this, but they do exist. I just don't think I can sit still for a brand, and a brand would scab up, heal and fade anyway.

Decisions decisions...

Maybe I should just write another short story based on one of their songs. We'll see.

Gosh, I have SOOO much to do and think about!

Weh mir, oh weh! ;)

YESTERDAY'S TRAINING:
Oh yeah, I rode easy for an hour.
The weather sucks outside. I thought Friday was supposed to be nice???

My farewell ride is this Saturday, and I hope at least one person (besides myself) shows up. :(
I'm leaving town next Tuesday AM. :(

Tuesday's Training

I was supposed to do 2 x 20min. at 170-180W. Basically Super Threshold. I had SO MUCH TROUBLE maintaining the proper wattage for the set time. I ended up doing 2 x 10min. in the prescribed range. I am so depressed because I feel like I am failing my coach. Ugh! If only I had been outside going up Emigration. It was so nice to do my workout there last week. That last 1 mile helped to get my watts up.

Damn.
I'm not very happy.

Race Report - Tour of the Depot TT & CR

CIRCUIT RACE PT NUMBERS
52:05
NP = 163 Watts
IF = 0.953

Here's what I communicated to my coach:

"My official (we use chips) time was 52:04.

I see that after the descent on the start/finish line we made a turn then we climb for ~3 miles until the descent again. I had a NP of ~210-215W for 1.5 miles, then I got dropped. The last 1.5 miles of the climb by myself I noticed that I had an NP ~171watts, my FTP. Then doing the climb 2 more times on my own my NP/average watts was ~155. I was getting tired.

I guess I definitely need an FTP ~200-210 watts. Then, I guess I could've held on longer on the climb the first time around. Maybe that blew me up. It's odd, if I had a VO2max test of 242 Watts for 4 minutes, why couldn't I hang on? I did go hard in the TT that morning. But I don't have power numbers for that. I can't wait until I get a power tap setup on my TT bike.

Anyway, I guess this was a training race, so, I shouldn't feel bad. I did work my hardest. I never let up."

Thursday's Training

I picked up my number and plate at Canyon for the Tour of the Depot then headed off to train. Today was all about threshold intervals up Emigration Canyon. 10 minutes at my FTP. Not too hard to execute. A bit tiring though. It chilly as hell at the top. Tons of water along the road and muddy spray. I didn't realize how cold I was until I saw that my shoe covers were soaked. My fingers then were painfully cold! I bailed and I had only done 2 intervals. Damn, Jason will be mad. I was just so cold. I'd totally better perform this weekend. Yikes.

AAAAAAAAAAAH OMG OMG OMG OMG RAMMSTEIN AAAAAAAH!!!!!!!

News from the official website www.rammstein.com:

"April 7, 2009
RIPE FRUITS FROM STOCKHOLM
No words can describe how happy we were to receive an official invitation to a listening of the first three Rammstein-songs from the upcoming album. Three uncompromising songs and three attacks upon “common taste and morality”. An album isn’t an album until the last line has been sung and the final note has sounded. However, it's no big secret to tell you about our great enthusiasm. Just like many others we can’t wait. All departments of the good ship "Rammstein" are running on full steam! There are already more than 150.000 ticket-requests for the tour that will start at the end of this year.
Stockholm let us nibble and we still have the sweet taste of the ripe fruits in our mouths.
Well, we are not worried about our and your welfare anymore..."

OMG! What do I have to do to get Rammstein to some to the USA?!?!?!?!? AAAH! I want, need, have to hear the new album! I can't wait any longer!!! I was just thinking of it while driving from Nebraska this PM. Each time I think of the new Rammstein album and the prospect of seeing them in concert in the USA, I stop myself, I slap myself, I dig my nails into my flesh and tell myself, "No!" Be patient! Just wait, it will be worth it, it will come. Like so many other things, good things come to those who wait....

RAMMSTEIN!!!!!!

I am going insane.
I am literally literally literally going fucking insane.

OMG.
OMG.
OMG.

A tour at the end of this year???

I will be there whenever, where ever. I don't care what mother fucking continent I have to travel to, what ocean I have to cross, I will SOMEHOW get to that show (is it odd that ..OMG, I thought it was me....OMG, am I hearing shit?...OMG...Rammstein's "Engel" is playing on Showtime right now...omg...some movie with the guy from Shaun of the Dead...WHAT ARE THE FUCKING ODDS????? OMG! I am here blogging about my undying devotion to Rammstein and now their song randomnly comes onto the show in the background that I am not watching on Showtime!!!?!?!?!)

Anyways,
yes,
Rammstein.

"Sigh..."

This is what I will do to myself if I don't get to hear the new album soon and if I don't get to see them in their next tour!!!!!!!!!!!!

Today's Training - Threshold Intervals with the VQers

Today Jason wanted me to do a threshold interval workout on a TT course with Robbie and the VQ athletes.

Ouch = fun.

Of course I had to pee like a racehorse when I got there, so, I ran into Walmart as the ride was taking off. I chased like a beeyatch for 7+miles. Another VQer caught me on the way out so he pulled me and guided me to the Start/Finish line.

I got 3(?) maybe it was 2 intervals in. I need to check my PowerTap. Headwind on one part of the course. Great powerhills on the last stretch.

Robbie caught me on my last interval and I tried sooo hard to grab his wheel. Yeah right! :)

At the end, the C group and I headed back to the Walmart lot where we were parked. The A/Bs caught us and we all cruised. Then Robbie waved the fast boys on to follow him. My group was a bit to relaxed, so I hopped onto the fast boy train.

(It may have also had something to do with my ego...and my desire to chase guys down!)

These fellahs led by Robbie were FLYING. Like 22-26+ mph on the flats & hills! Killin' it on the hills too! I held my own in the double paceline. The pulls were long andI never got in the front. Towards the last mile, I popped! I had so much fun though. Hangin' with me worked me hard. My legs are feelin' it now. It's worth it because I wanted to chase him on the bike sooo badly. I am happy that I got my wish.

I think if the B group is separated from the A group, I will try to do their group rides in the future. I think their average is 20?-22?mph while A is 22-24mph. C group is 16-18(20?).

NUMBERS:
1:44
28 miles

I think I'll be back around the weekend of April 18th. I want to do the Ironman Wisconsin ride with them on the 25th. Fully supported (C group for me there no doubt!) I am coming back to stay with my grandma since I am still jobless and almost penniless. ~$50 in my checking and living on the credit card which is dwindling. She needs some care too. She can't stand for long and she can't cook anymore as a result.

So, I'll be in my hometown for a while focused solely on training and being unemployed. I plan on returning to SLC a faster and stronger racer!!!

Today's Training

Today was boring even though the weather was awesome. Low 50s, lots of sun. The only bad thing was a horrible head wind and cross winds. I needed 5 hrs. but Jason said that 3 was okay since tomorrow will be hardcore and yesterday was hardcore. in my legs.

NUMBERS:
44.3 miles
3:12

Tomorrow I have threshold intervals on a TT course with the VQ folks at 8am. I wonder if my coach will be there. I hope he lets me do the 3 hr. VQ submax ride Sunday AM. I really need a 60 mile ride

Today's Training

VO2Max test and then 10 x 30"/30" intervals at SUPERMAX power.

NUMBERS:
13.3 miles
1:00

VO2 Max Power was found to be 242 Watts after a 4 minute max effort up a 2.5% simulated grade.

I am still really tired. I had more beef for lunch to get some iron in me. I have to do Saturday's workout tomorrow and Sunday's on Saturday. Ugh. I was hoping to let 2 saddle sores heal, but oh well.

I am working hard and am very happy.

P U

Woke up at 7:40AM and felt dead.
Wanted to do the 11AM VQ session, but I couldn't move.
Coach instructed me to chill out and just ride easy today.

NUMBERS:
15.5 miles
1:07

For tomorrow, I am to not stress about waking up, but just wake up. The VO2max test in tomorrow and I feel ready physically. I just need to get my sleep in.

I have to tell Robbie no on the dairy. I had a sub with roast beef today just in case I was low on iron (I haven't been eating any meat, unless you count imitation crab chunks, YUM!). Every woman in my family is anemic. I should get tested. Anyway, they gave me asiago cheese bread instead of italian. I never noticed till I got back to my g-ma's. I ate it and...bam. The second I stepped out the door to ride 2 hrs later (4pm)...stank ass swamp butt city! Funny as hell, smell hangs in the air so I was able to let loose, walk away and watch people walk through the clouds (HA HA HAAAA!!!!) But, the burning was and still is not cool.

So, this is the instruction from RV that I may have to say "NEIN" to.

It's 9:30pm now and I am still in pain, smelly and funny as hell...pain.

I'm tired

yeah, I am
